The Residence, next to Hotel is located directly on the beach in the north of San Vincenzo and is open all year.
Has an extensive well maintained gardens and has a large furnished terrace with sea view.
Residence it consists of 14 apartments, well furnished, in 2 different types:

(2-4 beds). Have an area of about 50 square meters and consist of: n. 1 bedroom beachfront No 1 bath, n. 1 living room with sofa-bed and stove and No 1 terrace facing the sea.

(4-6 beds). They have an area of about 70 square meters and consist of: n. 2 double bedrooms, n. 2 bathrooms, n. 1 living room with sofa facing the sea-bed and stove and No 1 terrace facing the sea.

The apartments are furnished with taste and careful attention to detail and are equipped with many comforts: the rooms are equipped with telephone, safe, minibar, internet connection and color TV LCD satellitare.I living rooms are equipped with satellite TV, sofa bed, table, chairs and piano-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.I bathrooms are spacious and equipped with shower and hairdryer.
Each room is equipped with heating, air conditioning and ventilation.
All apartments have furnished balconies or terraces overlooking the sea to dine at open.
The apartments are arranged on 3 levels and have the lift.
Ground floor apartments have 2 bathrooms for disable people.

Our guests can enjoy the same amenities as the Hotel: Breakfast Buffet (on request), daily or weekly cleaning (upon request), the lunch buffet (only in summer), laundry outdoors and bicycle hire.
